Customer Service Administrator

The Role - Customer Service Administrator

Reporting to the Head of Customer Services, as a Customer Service Administrator, you will:

  • Be the first port of call for all inquiries
  • Co-ordinate and process quotations
  • Input and process orders
  • Review all sales orders and provide updates to customers
  • Coordinate with Despatch Team on customer shipments
  • Maintain order related customer master data records
  • Support business process development to drive best practice within Customer Service Team
  • Develop and maintain all customer service quality procedures in accordance with business requirements

Our Requirements - Customer Service Administrator

  • Proven experience within an office-based customer service role
  • IT literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Good numeracy skills, with the ability to calculate discounts, commissions, and percentages
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, use your own initiative and prioritise workload
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • A flexible team player who is able to demonstrate a high level of commitment

Although not essential, experience of working in a customer service or sales administration role within a manufacturing environment, would be advantageous.
