What will this role of Head of Programme Management entail?
As the Head of Programme Management, you’ll work within the Commercial Department and be responsible for coordinating programme management activities in order to ensure customer satisfaction and renewal of business for the UK region in order to achieve sales, performance and profitability objectives.
In order to deliver against the key objectives of the role, you will manage the team of Programme Managers, training and supporting them in contract negotiation, business renewal, programme management, customer claims and recovery plans, and ensuring all the functions of the organisation are aligned to meet the company commitments in terms of on-time delivery and quality.
This position reports directly to the VP of Sales and Programmes and is a key role, as the decisions you make will have an important impact on the overall profitability of the business.

As the Head of Programme Management, you’ll receive a competitive salary and benefits including 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, company pension scheme, and salary sacrifice healthcare scheme.
You’ll be employed on a permanent contract, working Monday to Thursday, 8am to 4:30pm and Friday, 8am to 1pm.
