Live Chat Agent (PA) / Customer Service Representative – Full and part time hours available

What will the role of Live Chat Agent (PA) / Customer Service Representative  entail?

We look after the live chat function on the websites of businesses of all sizes, from sole traders to multinational corporations, which is why we’re always on the lookout for awesome Live Chat PA’s to wow our clients and their customers.

To be a successful Live Chat PA, you must be customer service-focused with brilliant written communication skills. Your duties will include:

  • Promptly and efficiently responding to all Live Chat messages and relaying important information to clients
  • Delivering the highest levels of customer service to clients and their customers
  • Working to agreed timescales, ensuring clients never miss a Live Chat message
  • Entering information into our system in an accurate and timely manner

What will I need in order to be considered for this Live Chat Agent (PA) / Customer Service Representative vacancy?

  • Proven experience delivering high levels of customer service
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Accurate and timely data entry skills

What will I receive in return as a Live Chat Agent (PA) / Customer Service Representative?

Working in our über friendly office environment in Wrexham, you will receive full training and support to enable you to flourish in your role.

You’ll be employed on a permanent contract with full and part time hours available across weekdays, evenings and weekends. Working hours to be agreed at interview stage.

We appreciate and recognise the hard work of our colleagues.
