Due to significant growth plans, a new opportunity has been created for an organised office professional who is fluent in a European language alongside English, to join the busy team at Lodge Initiatives undertaking a varied and interesting role.
Who will I be working with?
Lodge Initiatives is a well-established, fast growing business specialising in the wholesale of automotive parts across the UK and Europe. For over 15 years the company has been supplying parts from the world’s biggest manufacturers and European motor brands. The professional, friendly team prides itself on developing long-term and meaningful client partnerships, and benefits from having multi-lingual colleagues.
Supporting ambitious growth plans, over recent years the company has made a significant investment into facilities which now includes an 11,000 sq ft site in Deeside, near Chester. Lodge Initiatives takes care of its colleagues as much as customers, and there are plenty of opportunities for career progression.
What will the role of Sales Administrator entail?
Working closely with the Export Team, and the existing Sales Office Administrator, you will be at the heart of keeping everything organised and up-to-date. With a variety of duties ranging from invoicing, raising purchase orders and following up orders, to liaising with customers and suppliers potentially in a foreign language, no two days will be the same.
You will also be responsible for arranging freight transport for goods into and out of the UK, and updating order progress with colleagues, customers and on the computer systems.

As a Sales Administrator, you’ll receive a salary of £18,500 plus a monthly, performance-based bonus. In addition to these, you’ll also receive;
You’ll be employed on a permanent contract, working Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
Location: Sandycroft, Deeside (Flintshire, North Wales). Conveniently located near to Chester, the Wirral, A55 and the M56.
