The Salesforce Database Administrator (Salesforce Trailblazer) Role

We pride ourselves on training and nurturing our people, and this is an exciting opportunity to join our passionate team, where you’ll be provided with a structured training plan focused on building your portfolio of Salesforce certifications.

Initially, you will support our qualified team with tasks as you learn how to implement Salesforce for our clients. As you develop within the role, your duties and responsibilities will grow, and they will include, although not be limited to:

• Assisting Salesforce users and responding to support tickets
• Supporting our Salesforce Support Executives on technical delivery of the platform
• Developing CRM roadmaps, Salesforce reports and dashboards 
• Participating in regular Salesforce user group meetings
• Gathering feedback from users
• Monitoring platform usage and adoption
• Performing audits to identify anomalies

What will I need to be considered for this Salesforce Database Administrator (Salesforce Trailblazer) role?

• A foundation of understanding of the Salesforce platform
• An entrepreneurial spirit with the drive to learn new skills and succeed
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate confidently 
• Proven ability to meet deadlines, with excellent prioritising skills
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel

Although not essential, Salesforce Admin and/or App Builder Certifications and an understanding of Agile Project Principles would be highly advantageous.

You’ll be employed on a permanent contract, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. The best environment to thrive and learn is in the office, however the team have been utilising some of the best cloud technology to work from home since March 2020. You will be required to work from home initially, with a view to moving back into the office in Little Neston as soon as possible.
