The Role – Scheduling Resource Planner
Reporting to the Scheduling Manager and working alongside the Forecast Manager, as the Scheduling Resource Planner your role will be to ensure that we have the right people in the right place at the right time, ensuring that our client calls are being answered. This will be achieved by creating and maintaining schedules and a strong focus on day-to-day real time monitoring.

You will be working core business hours Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm, although flexibility may be required.
Our Requirements – Scheduling Resource Planner
Although not essential, experience in a similar role gained within a contact centre environment, is desired.
