HR Advisor

The Role – HR Advisor

As the HR Advisor you’ll provide key data and information to the small, focused HR Team based in Runcorn. You’ll work alongside the HR Director and HR Business Partner and provide HR administrative support to line managers. Your duties will include:

• Assisting with daily HR related queries
• Maintaining HRIS and paper-based HR documentation
• Assisting with and developing recruitment campaigns
• Coordinating the appointment process for successful applicants
• Using HR information systems to access, input and compile data
• Maintaining the HR corporate database and producing the HR payroll report
• Maintaining HR related KPI data

Our Requirements – HR Advisor

• Experience gained in a similar HR role, including experience of maintaining HR systems
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present information and respond to questions from colleagues at all levels
• A self-motivator with a proactive approach and ability to work alone and as part of a team
• Superb organisation skills with the ability to multi-task
• Ability to look for improvements in processes

Although not essential, a CIPD Level 5 or Degree in Human Resources (or similar) would be advantageous, as would experience gained in a manufacturing / aviation environment.
