A rewarding career opportunity for a highly motivated and organised individual with a positive mindset and a high level of attention to detail, to play a key role delivering administrative support related to the comprehensive job advertising solutions that JVP Group provide to employers across the UK.

The Role – Administrator 

The talented team at JVP will support, encourage, and challenge you, but the key formula for success will be your desire to deliver efficient and high-quality customer service and administrative support.

This is a busy role with a fast-paced workload and plenty of multi-tasking, and one where the little details really do make a big difference. Working closely with our Talent Attraction Advisors, as an Administrator you will receive comprehensive training that will enable you to:

  • Accurately upload job adverts onto our network of job boards
  • Schedule social media marketing for recruitment campaigns
  • Administer our testing services for clients
  • Assist with email and telephone enquiries
  • Complete a wide variety of administrative and customer service tasks

The Package

You will have plenty of opportunity to reap the rewards as you establish yourself in our growing business and contribute to achieving company goals. You will benefit from:

  • Comprehensive training and support
  • Salary in the region of £20,000 to £23,000, starting level dependent on experience
  • Generous annual leave starting at 25 days plus bank holidays, and rising incrementally with length of service to a max of 30 days plus bank holidays
  • Permanent contract with full time hours Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5.15pm

You’ll be working at our prestigious offices located on the New Vision Business Park in St Asaph, conveniently situated near to the A55. Our facilities provide the space to think, the room to grow, and the technology to innovate. Our people are at the heart of everything that we do.

Our Requirements

Although welcome, no prior experience is required for this Administrator role as thorough hands-on training will be provided, but you will need to bring:

  • Enthusiasm to learn and determination to succeed
  • Timely and accurate typing and data entry skills
  • Exceptional level of attention to detail
  • High standard of grammar and spelling
  • Superb organisational skills and be able to work under pressure with frequently changing priorities
  • Helpful, friendly, confident, and professional telephone manner with active listening skills
  • Positive mindset, with a highly motivated approach
