Sales Administrator

What will this role of Sales Administrator entail?

Reporting to the Sales and Business Support Manager, as a Sales Administrator you’ll be responsible for providing administration support to the Sales and Precision teams.

You’ll ensure data and orders are correctly and efficiently entered onto the management system, and ensure shipment dates, delivery and billing addresses are correct. Your duties will also include:

  • Recording rotas on a monthly basis, maintaining the database with employee work activity
  • Liaising with our liquid nitrogen distributor to arrange customer deliveries
  • Maintaining the customer database for mail shots

What will I need to be considered for this Sales Administrator vacancy?

  • Administration experience, ideally gained providing sales administration support
  • Positive and friendly attitude with excellent communication skills
  • Proactive approach to work with the ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Highly organised and diligent
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office

As a Sales Administrator you’ll receive a salary of £20,000, level dependent on experience, along with additional benefits that include 21 days annual leave plus bank holidays, rising to 25 days with length of service, company matching pension scheme and life insurance.

You’ll be employed on a permanent contract and work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm. Flexibility will be required to meet business needs. You’ll work from our head office in Tattenhall, near Chester.
