Sales Negotiator (Customer Service)

Adlington is a specialist developer of high-quality retirement accommodation, comprising of multi-storey one, two and three bedroom privately owned apartments. Adlington is part of the respected Gladman Group with over 30 years of development experience.

With recently opened Show Apartments and the final build due to be completed during April, The Bridges is a new luxury retirement development comprising of 62 apartments on the banks of the Macclesfield Canal.

There are lovely communal areas including a restaurant, Owners lounge with patio area, activities studio, spa and therapy room, hairdressing salon and 24-hour on-site support with optional tailored care if required. The Bridges is located just off the A537 with great links to the A523.

A new customer focused role has been created for a Sales Negotiator, to use their excellent customer service skills to show off and promote this exciting new development. Duties will include:

  • Selling Off Plan
  • Showing potential home owners around the development
  • Managing the sale through to completion
  • Helping new home owners settle into their new apartment

What will I need in order to be considered for this Sales Negotiator (Customer Service) role?

  • Proven customer service experience, ideally gained within a house building environment
  • Personable and reliable, with a high level of organisation skills
  • Well-presented
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills

Although not essential, prior sales experience and knowledge of the local property market would be advantageous.

What will I receive in return?

As a Sales Negotiator you’ll receive a base salary of £25,500 per annum, plus a generous commission scheme of £150 per apartment so OTE are in the region of £30,000 per annum.

You’ll also receive attractive benefits including 34 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays, 5% employer pension contributions (applicable after a 3-month qualifying period), Wellness programme, and a wide variety of social events.

You’ll be employed on a 12-month fixed term contract which has the potential to lead to further opportunities within the business. You’ll work 35 hours per week spread over 5 days out of 7, which can include some weekend and bank holiday working. Hours of work are 10am to 5pm.
