Job description

We are looking to recruit a Production Planner to our Planning team. This role will work with the established team to produce the production, capkold, quench and kettle schedules each day, ensuring the best possible efficiency and minimising production downtime.

Main Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule the daily production activities
• Liaise and communicate the planning requirements with Departmental Managers
• Improve scheduling to maximise the commercial benefit

Skills required

• Computer literate, with particularly strong skills in Excel
• Able to prioritise, and react to change, efficiently
• Highly motivated individual, able to work under pressure
• Analytically-minded
• Previous experience within a planning role would be highly advantageous. Experience within a Food Production Factory is essential.

Hours: Sunday - Thursday 07:30-15:30 some flexibility will be required.
