Internal IT Engineer

Salary £22,000 to £24,000, level dependent on experience. The job role:
We are looking to recruit a highly service focused 1st and 2nd line technical support engineer to support and maintain Pinacl’s internal network and estate.
As an experienced IT Support Engineer, you should be approachable, have effective communication skills and be able to liaise with non-technical users. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are paramount, as is the ability to effectively plan and prioritise multiple tasks and technically complicated rollouts, whilst keeping calm under pressure.
