Eastbank Court is a retirement development comprising of 79 apartments located in a quiet residential area of Worcester. The court facilities include a spacious owners lounge, landscaped gardens, a restaurant and licensed bar, hairdressing salon and treatment room, hobbies room and guest suite. There is a busy social programme including coffee mornings, afternoon tea, film club, bingo, wine club, themed evenings and local entertainers.
The Hospitality General Manager role
As the General Manager of Eastbank Court, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the apartment owners receive the highest levels of customer service, and that their well-being is always prioritised.
You’ll manage a team of up to 20, including 4 Duty Managers, of whom you’ll use your excellent interpersonal and communication skills to lead on a day to day basis. You’ll be responsible for a budget and for the provision of a high-quality catering and bar service, an interesting social calendar, and for ensuring building maintenance is taken care of.
Requirements for this Hospitality General Manager role
As the General Manager of Eastbank Court, you’ll receive a salary of£32,665 per annum, along with an enhanced pension scheme and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays per year.
You’ll be employed on a permanent contract, working 35 hours per week, typically Monday to Friday, however some weekend work may be required.
