CNC Turner Setter Operator
Héroux-Devtek is an international company specialising in the design, development, manufacture, integration, testing and repair and overhaul of landing gear and actuation systems and components for the Aerospace market.
The Role - CNC Turner Setter Operator
Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be setting and operating a range of CNC controlled machinery. Your main duties will be:
- Setting and operating a variety of CNC and Manual Lathe machines
- Producing precision machined components and tooling items
- Checking the quality of components produced throughout the batch cycle
- Recording of quantities and time taken, using company systems
- Carrying out regular first line maintenance of the machines as per company schedules
Our Requirements – CNC Turner Setter Operator
- Proven CNC and Manual Lathe experience
- Proficient in using Fanuc machine controls
- Experience of working in a close tolerance Aerospace environment
