Duo Consulting is a PR and communications consultancy working with organisations across tech, fintech, professional services, and education sectors. With our senior consultative approach, we develop and activate strategies that help our clients communicate directly to audiences that matter. The Role – PR Account Director / Senior PR Account Manager

As a PR Account Director / Senior PR Account Manager, you will:

• Lead retained and project-based PR client work, alongside our founding director and consulting directors
• Create and contribute to insight-led strategies and delivery for both UK and international clients
• Provide clients with PR and communications advice and insight, and make decisions in the client’s best interests
• Develop compelling new business proposals and assist with pitching
• Assist in our journey toward B Corp Certification

Our Requirements – PR Account Director / Senior PR Account Manager

You will need to have gained extensive experience in PR / corporate communications that will enable you to deliver our consultative approach and become the go-to subject matter expert for our clients. This experience may come from working either in a PR agency / consultancy or in-house. You will also need to bring:

• Strong knowledge of the UK media landscape
• Proactive and curious approach to work, with flexibility to learn about new sectors and businesses
• Ambition and desire to drive the business forward
• Ability to analyse data and identify compelling storylines with journalistic nous
• Superb attention to detail
• Confidence with presenting ideas to colleagues, clients, and media

The Package

• Starting salary in the region of £45,000 to £55,000, with the level dependent on experience
• Annual performance-based bonus
• Permanent contract, working full-time Monday to Friday (potential for part time hours if preferred, to be discussed at interview stage)
• Flexible working available, with the option to work from home 1 or 2 days per week combined with working from our brand-new offices in Altrincham (South Manchester)
