Your artistic and creative freedom will be encouraged as you play a key role in achieving our new visions and goals as we come back bigger and better, focusing on growth and sustainability, post Covid-19.

Our Organisation

The Cheltenham Trust is an independent charity that manages five iconic venues at the heart of Cheltenham including the Pittville Pump Room, Cheltenham Town Hall, Wilson Art Gallery and Museum, Leisure at Cheltenham, and the Prince of Wales Stadium.

Cheltenham Town Hall is rich in heritage, opulence, and vibrancy and sets a stunning backdrop for an impressive year-round events programme including live music, comedy, festivals, and exhibitions. Our newest development, The Garden Bar Orangery combines traditional Italian pizzeria culture with new and exciting visions. Due to rapid growth, we have exciting developments planned as we broaden our horizons, build a new menu, and plan to grow rapidly over the coming months.

Although we have exciting plans, each team member means a lot to us, and some of our Chefs have been with us for many years. We strive to grow together, we truly value and care about our team, and we offer excellent training development programmes whilst encouraging work-life balance as part of a supportive team culture.

  • A salary of £22,625 per year

  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Customer-focused, flexible, motivated, team-player approach

Although not essential, as full training will be provided, an NVQ Level 1 / 2 / 3 in a food related subject would be advantageous, as would experience gained in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
