Global Sales Coordinator (Multi-European languages)

Tension Control Bolts (TCB) is a designer, manufacturer and worldwide distributor of the most efficient High Strength Pre-loaded bolting system.

Having made significant investment in technology since the company was established 25 years ago, the business operates in a lean manner to provide an efficient service for customers across the globe. This has led to an outstanding reputation built by a dedicated and professional team of 45 personnel.

What will the role of Global Sales Coordinator entail?

As an organised and driven office professional, you will join the business in a support role that will constantly develop as the company continues to grow.

Using your multi-language skills comprising of French, plus either German, Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese, you will take a hands-on approach to office tasks working alongside the team. As a Global Sales Coordinator your role will be varied and busy, with main responsibilities and duties to include:

  • Generating quotations for overseas customers
  • Processing sales orders for overseas customers
  • Checking stock availability
  • Coordinating delivery transportation for various parts of the world
  • Liaising with customers and colleagues to resolve queries and ensure deliveries are made within deadlines
  • Devising and sending email marketing campaigns
  • Preparing correspondence
  • Answering the telephone
  • Participating in daily team meetings to ensure maximum efficiency and delivery of high service levels
  • Assisting with other office tasks as required

What will I need to be considered for this Global Sales Coordinator vacancy?

  • Fluency with multi-European languages (at least a combination of French and one of the following; German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese)
  • Broad range of office experience gained whilst working within a small team environment
  • Ability to prioritise and organise own workload effectively, and take ownership of challenges in a dynamic business, working with minimal supervision and using initiative
  • High level of numeracy and literacy skills, along with excellent attention to detail
  • Intermediate/advanced level working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Adaptable and flexible approach to work, with commitment to deliver business support accurately and under pressure, within tight deadlines
  • Reliable, organised and diligent, with an excellent telephone manner
  • A ‘can do’ attitude and a willingness to learn

You will be employed on a permanent contract and receive a salary in the region of £21,000 to £26,000 dependent on experience.

Working from the company offices in Wrexham, North Wales, your hours of work will be Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 5pm, and Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm. Although flexibility will be required to meet the needs of the business and clients.
