A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a detail-oriented Administrator to join the team at the Arriva TrainCare depot in Crewe on a 12-month fixed term contract.

What will my role be as Administrator be?

As Administrator, you’ll be responsible for the administration support for all aspects of heavy maintenance, overhaul, and refurbishment contracts within the Arriva TrainCare site at Crewe. Your duties will include:

  • SAP data input and data extraction for the production of reports
  • Submission of contractors’ timesheets
  • Completion and processing of orders, resolving invoice queries and interfacing with the purchasing department
  • Taking of and production of minutes at meetings
  • Control of documentation within the Heavy Maintenance department
  • Assisting with queries, taking calls, replying to emails and maintaining all administration support
  • Assisting with the submission of spreadsheets to customers
  • Liaising with customers where required
  • Undertaking HR administration duties such as control of annual leave, pay queries, submission of queries and forms to other departments such as HR and QHSE

What will I need to be considered for this Administrator role?

  • Proven administration experience
  • Excellent IT and written communication skills
  • Accurate and timely data input skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Clear and confident telephone manner
  • Full and valid driving licence

What will I receive in return?

Salary: £18,786

Contract: 12-month fixed term contract, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm
