Flexible working available with this 12-month fixed term maternity cover contract.

The Role – Marketing Administrator

Reporting to Sales and Marketing Management, you’ll provide administrative support to the Sales and Marketing Team, promoting and selling Adlington’s Retirement Living communities.

Your duties will include, although will not be limited to:

  • Taking calls, updating the CRM system, responding to new sales enquiries, and preparing sales literature for despatch
  • Organising and attending events and promotional activities as and when appropriate
  • Fact finding on pipeline developments in order to update schedules, literature and website
  • Keeping up to date with competitors activity and feedback to continually development the marketing and product offering
  • Being familiar with the management and care provider at each of the developments to enable confident and trustworthy communication
  • Actively participating in team meetings to bring new ideas and initiatives forward
  • Providing a high level of customer service and communication to exceed customer expectations
  • Liaising effectively with colleagues from our sales teams, on-site management, and contractors to ensure timely communication of any marketing activity

Our Requirements – Marketing Administrator

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally with knowledge of market research techniques and databases
  • IT proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrable ability to multi-task and prioritise workflow in order to meet deadlines
  • Organisational skills to support the functionality and coordination of the team’s activities
  • Co-operative and flexible to fit in with the demands of the business

You’ll be employed on a 12-month contract, working 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. You will have the option to work from home on a Monday and Friday (workload permitting), with Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday spent working from our Congleton Head Office.
