Hydraulic Assembly Technician

The Role – Hydraulic Assembly Technician

As a Hydraulic Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for building and stripping a variety of simple and complex hydraulic units, utilising your knowledge of hydraulic systems to conduct efficient inspections and fault-finding investigations.

Our Requirements – Hydraulic Assembly Technician

  • Proven experience of building, testing and stripping both simple and complex hydraulic units and actuation systems
  • Experience gained within a quality / regulatory controlled environment (ISO 9001 / ISO14001 etc.)
  • Working knowledge of measurement equipment (Vernier’s, micrometres, borematic’s etc.)
  • Excellent fault-finding skills
  • Ability to interpret machining drawings and operation sheets
  • Ability to work effectively unsupervised using own initiative and as part of a team

Although not essential, experience gained within the aerospace sector is desirable.
