Part Time HR Administrator (23 hours per week within school hours, 3 month contract with potential to be extended or made permanent)

In addition, Calder are also the UK’s leading specialist in lead engineering. We design, manufacture, and install radiation shielding and other products for the nuclear, defence, healthcare, construction, industrial and research markets.
The Role – HR Administrator
Reporting to and supporting the HR Manager, you’ll be responsible for providing a high level of administrative support with processes including recruitment, absence management, inductions, HR database maintenance, training and appraisals.

Although not essential, a HND in Business Studies and / or a CIPD qualification would be highly advantageous.
As the HR Administrator, you’ll benefit from:
Working 23 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 9:30am to 3:30pm with an early finish on Friday 9:30am to 12:30pm. Flexibility is available to agree on alternative start and finish times, and consideration will be given to requests to work 23 hours across 4 days, Monday to Thursday.
You will be working at our premises in Chester, on the outskirts of the city centre conveniently located for easy access just off Sealand Road.
