As an experienced and highly motivated Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor with experience in the new house build construction sector, you’ll cover sites across North Wales and the North West of England, working from company offices in Daresbury Park near Warrington and St Asaph in North Wales (conveniently located next to the A55).

What will the role of Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor entail?
As a Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will utilise your sound commercial knowledge and experience in the new house build construction sector as you take responsibility for the financial administration of your allocated projects from start to completion.
You will be involved at every stage of the commercial process, including the compilation of budgets, procurement of sub-contractors, site valuations, cash flows, payments, monitoring and controlling variations, closure of final accounts and the compilation and monthly review of cost value reconciliations.

As a Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll receive a competitive salary, with the level dependent on experience, plus a wide range of benefits including car allowance or company car, life assurance, and personal health insurance.
You will be employed on a permanent contract, working Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm, and 8am to 3:30pm on Fridays.
