So, what will the role of Customer Service Advisor entail?
Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for providing an outstanding level of service to customers of all North Wales Housing’s services over the telephone, via e-mail and letters, and through on-line and face to face interactions, with duties to include but not be limited to:

Salary: £21,811 per annum (pro rata)

Contracted hours: Part time, 24 hours per week (Monday to Friday, can be flexible as long as lunchtimes and a Friday is covered)
Location: Predominantly based in Llandudno Junction, although you will be required to provide cover in the Bangor office
