Customer Service Advisor

Permanent contract - Part time, 24 hours per week (flexible working hours)

Who will I be working with?

As an ambitious social enterprise North Wales Housing Association provides homes and delivers services to over 2,500 households across North Wales. So, what will the role of Customer Service Advisor entail?

Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for providing an outstanding level of service to customers of all North Wales Housing’s services over the telephone, via e-mail and letters, and through on-line and face to face interactions, with duties to include but not be limited to:

  • Managing incoming customer enquiries
  • Ordering customers’ repair requests and follow ups
  • Assisting customers with common housing register enquiries
  • Taking rent payments and managing all enquiries from tenants
  • Providing a reception service at the Head Office and at times from other North Wales Housing offices

What will I need in order to be considered for this Customer Service Advisor role?

  • Proven experience providing high quality customer service
  • Ability to hold everyday conversations in Welsh
  • Highly organised, with superb administrative skills
  • A flexible approach to work, with the ability to work under pressure and prioritise workloads
  • A good level of numeracy, with effective verbal and written communication skills
  • A positive ‘can do’ attitude with the ability to work as part of a team
  • Computer literacy including use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Respect and understand the requirement to maintain strict confidentiality
  • A willingness to undertake relevant training

What will I receive in return?

Salary: £21,811 per annum (pro rata)

Location: Predominantly based in Llandudno Junction, although you will be required to provide cover in the Bangor office

Contract type: Permanent
