The Role – Talent Attraction / Recruitment Advisor
Working closely with our Talent Attraction Partner, as a Talent Attraction / Recruitment Advisor you will be part of our flexible, hands-on Client Support Team, and will provide high quality customer service support through a wide variety of phone-based, administrative and recruitment marketing tasks. This is a varied role with a fast pace of workload and plenty of multi-tasking, and you’ll need to develop an in-depth understanding of our clients, services, systems, and processes.
The talented team at JVP will train and support you, encourage and challenge you, but the key formula for success will be your determination to learn and develop, high level of attention to detail, superb written communication and customer service skills, and passion to develop successful professional relationships with our clients – predominantly over the telephone.

You will be required to work from home initially until Government restrictions allow a return to our company offices located on St Asaph Business Park in North Wales. At that point, there may be the option of a blended approach between remote working from your home office and working at the company office, unless you’d prefer to work from the company offices full time. Either way, you will need to reside within a reasonable commute of our St Asaph office. You will be supplied with suitable IT hardware and software to efficiently fulfil your role from home as needed.
