The Role - Live Chat Agent (PA) / Customer Service Representative
We look after the live chat function on the websites of businesses of all sizes, from sole traders to multinational corporations, which is why we’re always on the lookout for awesome Live Chat PA’s to wow our clients and their customers.
To be a successful Live Chat PA, you must be customer service-focused with brilliant written communication skills. Your duties will include:

You’ll be working in an über friendly environment in our office in Wrexham (North Wales), where you’ll also receive full training to flourish. As a Live Chat PA, you’ll receive:
You’ll be employed on a permanent contract, working 7pm to 7am, as part of a 4 on 4 off rota system to include weekends and Bank Holidays.
