Sales Support Executive

This is an exciting opportunity to support ITS’ driven and proactive sales team, in a busy support role where you can really make a difference. 

What will this role of Sales Support Executive entail?

Reporting to the Head of Indirect Channels, as the Sales Support Executive you’ll provide external support for partners/resellers and internal support for Partner Development Managers. Your remit will be to achieve personal objectives which include delivering the ITS business plan and sales targets for the partner channel. Your duties will include, although not be limited to:

  • Providing support to partners and resellers on all sales related matters
  • Providing Partner Development Managers with administrative support
  • Creating and issuing sales quotations to partners
  • Taking responsibility for sending out contractual documents to partners
  • Providing administrative support for the partner portal
  • Conducting online training sessions for the partner portal
  • Generating partner leads, and following up on marketing campaigns
  • Liaising with internal departments on outstanding queries
  • Being the first point of contact for internal queries and support requirements

Based in North West England or North Wales, you will be required to travel to ITS’ head office in Chester.

As the Sales Support Executive what will I receive in return?

You’ll be employed on a permanent contract with full time hours, and the salary on offer will be in the region of £18,000 to £23,000 level dependent on experience. You’ll also benefit from:

  • Performance bonuses with on-target earnings of £30,000
  • 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Membership of the ITS workplace pension scheme

What will I need in order to be considered for this Sales Support Executive vacancy?

  • Tons of enthusiasm and willingness to learn and progress, with the desire to develop a rewarding career within a fast paced sales environment
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Ability to manage differing customers needs and requirements
  • Be super organised and have confidence managing a varied workload
  • Good level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with high level of attention to detail

Although not essential as full training will be provided, experience gained within a call centre or a sales environment is desirable. Relevant experience working in the telecoms sector will be a distinct advantage.
