Service and Support Engineer

The Service and Support Engineer role
Reporting to the Operations Team Leader, your mission will be to provide first class support whilst being the technical focal point from hand over by the Sales team to project closing.
As a Service and Support Engineer you’ll work from our offices in Aberdeen, however there will be travel to customer sites in Europe, the UK, offshore and overseas as required for each project. For each project your remit will include:

You’ll be employed on a permanent contract, working Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 5pm, and Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm. Flexibility will be required to meet customer and business needs.
Requirements for this Service and Support Engineer vacancy
Although not essential, a degree qualification in an engineering or process related subject would be highly advantageous. Applicants with Offshore certificates and safety systems experience are highly desired, however full training can be provided.
