The Role – Senior Cabinet Vision Design Technician

As a Senior Cabinet Vision Design Technician, you’ll be part of a highly skilled team where you will take responsibility for converting CAD drawings to Cabinet Vision manufacturing drawings, utilising your understanding of cabinet making methodology to ensure accuracy of conversions.

You’ll be problem solving technical issues from design to manufacture, and providing support to the Design and Project Management teams in Cabinet Vision techniques, whilst playing a key role as part of our Project Management team and helping to meet our customer expectations and our own exceptional standards.

You’ll be working from our premises in Great Barrow near Chester, although we are willing to consider part home working for the right applicant, however engagement with our manufacturing processes and working collaboratively on problem solving is critical.

Our Requirements – Senior Cabinet Vision Design Technician

  • Proven experience of using Cabinet Vision software in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience in cabinet making to ensure expert problem solving, with a good understanding of traditional cabinetry making methods
  • Ability to create User Coordinate Systems (UCS) and design parametrically
  • A team player who communicates effectively
  • Ability to command respect through technical knowledge and practical solutions
