Punto Italian Kitchen is a brand-new casual dining establishment in the heart of Heaton, with the goal of bringing people together in an experience of Italian hospitality, through delicious offerings of fresh pasta, hand-stretched wood-fired sourdough pizza made on site daily, and other delicious modern and classic Italian dishes.
The Role – Head Chef / Kitchen Manager
Reporting to the Operations Director and Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day back of house management of Punto Italian Kitchen in Heaton, leading an engaged team of Chefs, Pizzaioli, Pastai and Kitchen Porters.

You will be employed on a permanent contract, working around 45 hours per week over 5 days out of 7. Due to the nature of the industry, evening and weekend work will be required and over bank holidays.
