Multi Drop Delivery Driver

Permanent contract, full time hours. Company van provided, starting your journey each morning from your home and delivering to farms across the South West of England. You’ll cover locations including Taunton, Bristol, Gloucester, Bournemouth, Swindon, Reading and Oxford.

The Role – Delivery Driver

Reporting to the Distribution Manager, you’ll pick your weekly deliveries up from the shuttle driver Monday morning in an agreed location in the Southwest. You will deliver to farms across the South West of England, covering locations including (but not limited to) Taunton, Bristol, Gloucester, Bournemouth, Swindon, Reading and Oxford.

You’ll ensure all deliveries are made on time, representing Cogent and providing excellent customer service, building customer relationships and supporting with any queries.

Our Requirements – Delivery Driver

  • Experience gained within a multi drop delivery role, with a full UK driving licence
  • Knowledge of the geographical area covered by the role
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise work
  • Excellent customer service skills

Although not essential, previous experience gained in a customer service role would be advantageous, as would experience in route planning.

  • Permanent contract, working 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm with a 60-minute unpaid lunch break)  
  • A company van, all equipment and fuel card provided, with travel expenses paid
  • Salary of £20,000
