Our objective is to deliver local solutions for climate challenges by recycling and converting non-recyclable material into added value products and green energy.

In our business, health, safety, environment, and customer focus, are a top priority. Our success is based on the collaborative efforts of the entire team in building good relationships.

The Role – Technical Author / Technical Writer

As a Technical Author, you will report to the Plastics to Oil Manager and take on a key role within that department where your duties will include, although will not be limited to:

  • Collaborating with development / support leads to determine the best solution for data compilation and centralised storage
  • Researching, creating, and maintaining architectural templates that uphold organisational / legal standards

The Package

You will be part of a highly motivated and committed workforce, within a company culture where personal development, effective communication, and maintenance of a professional, respectful environment is at its core.

As a Technical Author, you will benefit from:

  • Salary in the region of £28,000, with the level dependent on experience and qualifications
  • Excellent scope for further career development and progression
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • 4% employer contributory pension scheme
  • Access to 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme
  • Access to retailer discounts

You will be employed on a permanent contract, working Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm from our new state of the art Plastics to Oil facility in Holyhead. There is some scope for partial home working for the right candidate, although site-based working will still be required, as you work closely with our engineers.

We encourage a healthy work life balance, with supportive diversity and equality policies around working arrangements.
