Trainee Copywriter / Office Administrator (KICKSTART SCHEME) – with the option of either full time or part time hours.

The Role – Content Writer / Office Administrator (KICKSTART SCHEME)

During the Kickstart Placement you will have the opportunity to shadow a range of business functions such as sales, account management, operations, and marketing, whilst benefiting from on-the-job training with plenty of opportunity to put your learnings into practice.

You’ll be supported by an experienced team who are highly skilled and have a strong work ethic.

You will utilise your natural ability to write compelling digital content, as you will work closely with our Head of Marketing to:

• Produce relevant content including blogs and articles, social media and email marketing campaigns, all to raise our company profile online, drive employers to our website and generate inbound enquiries.

• Manage and develop multiple social media channels and campaigns, focusing on increasing connections with core customer targets, building engagement with current and new connections, maintaining strong brand presence, managing responses, and identifying commercial opportunities.

Other key tasks and learning opportunities will include publishing job adverts across a range of job sites and undertaking a variety of office administration activities.

About You:

If you believe you have the below attributes, and from your thorough research you are passionate about who we are and what we do at JVP Group, then we want to hear from you:

• No experience is necessary however, you will have natural ability for copywriting
• An excellent standard of grammar and spelling
• Positive outlook, enthusiasm to learn and determination to succeed
• Accurate and timely data entry and typing skills
• Strong IT proficiency with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word
• Confident and professional manner with exceptional listening and interpersonal skills
• Reliable and flexible towards tasks

The Package

You will receive a starting pay rate in line with the National Living Wage.

We are open to considering applications from individuals seeking either full time (37.5 hours per week) or part time hours (min 25 per week).

You’ll be working from our prestigious offices located in St Asaph (North Wales), which provide the space to think, the room to grow, and the technology to innovate. Our people are at the heart of everything that we do.
