Technician – (x6 vacancies available spanning Process Technician, Machine Shop Technician and Assembly Technician)

The Role – Manufacturing Technician
Your duties will vary depending on whether you join as part of our Process, Machine Shop or Assembly department. Working as part of a team of Technicians, you’ll mainly be responsible for stripping, building, and / or surveying a variety of simple and complex hydraulic units. Depending on your role, you may also be responsible for conducting fault-finding investigations and inspections.
Our Requirements – Manufacturing Technician
- Experience gained working to tight tolerances and able to use various types of measuring equipment
- Experience gained working with various metals (e.g., chromium, nickel, cadmium, steel)
- Ability to interpret complex machining drawings and operation sheets
- Ability to work unsupervised on own initiative
- Proactive and “can-do” attitude
Although not essential, experience gained within the aerospace sector is desirable, as well as experience working with hazardous chemicals.

You will be working at our manufacturing site in Runcorn. Monday to Thursday 8am to 4:30pm, and Friday 8am to 1pm.
