The Role – PA / Receptionist

As a PA / Receptionist you will benefit from comprehensive training that will enable you to become a vital cog in the Moneypenny machine.

You’ll be representing Moneypenny to your own portfolio of clients whilst representing those clients too - working as though based in their offices, impressing every single caller, and making the most of your amazing customer service and relationship building skills! Working as part of a fast-growing team, your duties will include:

• Promptly and efficiently handling inbound phone calls and relaying messages to clients
• Working to agreed timescales, ensuring clients never miss a call
• Entering call information into our system in an accurate and timely manner
• Delivering the highest levels of customer service to clients

Our Requirements – PA / Receptionist

• Fabulous attitude towards delivering exceptional customer service over the phone
• Confident telephone manner with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Accurate and timely data entry skills

You’ll be working in an über friendly environment in our offices in Wrexham and as a PA / Receptionist, you will benefit from:

You’ll be employed on a permanent contract, working 39.5 hours per week between the hours of 8am and 8pm. This will include weekdays and weekends.
