PA / Receptionist

What will the role of PA / Receptionist entail?

You will be a vital cog in the Moneypenny machine, representing Moneypenny to your own portfolio of clients whilst representing those clients too - working as though based in their offices, impressing every single caller, and making the most of your amazing relationship building skills! Working as part of a fast growing team, your duties will include:

  • Promptly and efficiently taking and relaying messages to clients
  • Delivering the highest levels of customer service to clients
  • Working to agreed timescales, ensuring clients never miss a call
  • Entering call information into our system in an accurate and timely manner

What will I need in order to be considered for this PA / Receptionist vacancy?

  • Proven experience delivering high levels of customer service
  • Accurate and timely data entry skills
  • A confident telephone manner with good interpersonal skills

What will I receive in return?

As PA / Receptionist, you’ll receive a starting salary of £18,300 and a range of additional benefits including: 26 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), free on-site pub, gym, and a flexible benefits scheme where you can pick and mix the benefits that suit you and your lifestyle. 

In return for your commitment and excellent customer service, you’ll be working in an über friendly working environment and you’ll receive full training to flourish in your role.

You’ll be employed on a permanent contract, working 39.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday on a shift basis, between the hours of 8am and 8pm. In addition, 1 in every 4 weeks, you will also work either a Saturday or a Sunday.

Location: Wrexham (North Wales)
