The Role – Administrator

Reporting to the Operations Director, as an Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the Management team, providing customer and employee support, keeping well-organised files and records of business activity, handling and redirecting incoming calls, and acting as the first line of contact for visitors to the business. Your duties will include but may not be limited to:

  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Answering customer and client queries, resolving any issues
  • Completing data entry, retrieval, and database maintenance
  • Filing and archiving files
  • Creating and managing documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
  • Compiling reports
  • Managing diaries for team members
  • Scheduling meetings and taking minutes

Our Requirements - Administrator

  • Customer service focused with experience gained in an office administration role
  • Ability to competently use Microsoft Word, Excel, and databases
  • Highly numerate with the ability to understand financial information
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multi-task, organise, and manage workload efficiently
  • Self-motivated with the ability to use own initiative
  • Team player with problem solving skills, and ability to come up with creative solutions
  • Methodical approach with a good attention to detail

The Package

As an Administrator working at our offices in Mold, you will benefit from;

  • Starting salary in the region of £19,000 to £22,000, with the level dependent on experience
  • Permanent contract, working full time hours 8:30am to 5pm Monday to Friday
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
