Residential Lettings Coordinator

What will this role of Residential Lettings Coordinator entail?

Reporting to the Estate Manager, as the Residential Lettings Coordinator you will be required to assist with all aspects of the let residential portfolio and ensure that tenants feel secure and cared for when they let our properties. You will be an active member of the property department team with key responsibilities to include but not be limited to:

  • Undertaking continuous and routine property inspections on a cycle basis
  • Actioning maintenance requirements in a timely manner that have been noted during property visits or have been reported by tenants
  • Ensuring individual properties are in a ‘let ready’ condition
  • Preparing property particulars ready for marketing and organise the advertisement of available properties
  • Handling all tenant applications and implementing the referencing process

What will I need to be considered for this Residential Lettings Coordinator vacancy?

  • Administrative and business support experience, ideally with experience of property management record keeping
  • Excellent word processing skills
  • Full clean UK driving licence

Although not essential, the ideal candidate will have a business-related qualification, residential letting experience and / or experience of working within a traditional estate.
