What will my role be as a Visitor Experience Assistant (Retail and Customer Service)?
As a Visitor Experience Assistant (Retail and Customer Service), you’ll provide an engaging and informative customer experience for all visitors, ensuring they always receive a high standard of customer service. You’ll welcome visitors as they arrive and provide them with the appropriate information to ensure a successful visit. Your duties will vary and depending on your role may include, but will not be limited to:
What will I receive in return?
As a Visitor Experience Assistant (Retail and Customer Service), you’ll receive a pay rate of between £7.15 and £8.37 per hour (in line with national minimum/living wage rates), along with great additional benefits including: a staff membership card, giving you free entry to the Zoo on your days off and discounts in our retail and food outlets, uniform, free onsite parking, discounted staff canteen and an allocation of free tickets to give to friends or family.
You will be employed on a zero hour contract up to September 2020 with the possibility of this being made permanent.
What will I need to be considered for a Visitor Experience Assistant (Retail and Customer Service) role?
Whilst Twycross Zoo is an equal opportunities employer, please note that this role will require a level of fitness suitable for being on your feet all day, as well as lifting and carrying of goods.
